Consultation Fee
A nonrefundable $250 booking fee will be charged at the time of scheduling your appointment/consultation. This fee will be applied to any surgical or non-surgical procedure performed by Dr. Jae Kim within 6 months of the initial consultation.
If necessary or desired, patients may have a second surgical consultation with Dr. Kim within 6 months of the first consultation at no charge. Any succeeding surgical consultations after the 6-month period will be charged an additional non-refundable booking fee of $150.
Credit Card Policy
A credit card is required to book an appointment for Jae Kim, MD Facial Plastic Surgery. Your credit card is used to reserve and confirm your appointment and will be stored on file for our cancellation policy purposes.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
We require a minimum of 24-hour notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling by phone, text, or e-mail. Appointments that are missed or not canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time will not have their $250 deposit credited to the patient’s account. A $250 deposit will again be required upon scheduling your appointment.
Running Late
Please contact the office if you are running late for an appointment. Timing is everything at a busy practice and our appointments on the schedule is carefully planned. An appointment will be considered a missed appointment 15 minutes after the start of the appointment.
